East Lake Eagles Youth Football and Cheerleading Registration

• Photos of players are required and will be taken at registration at no charge.
• Some forms will be available on-line (see forms page) to fill out ahead of time to streamline registration.
• All players will need a copy of their birth certificate

Important: All forms need to be witnessed and signed by a board member with proper ID. Do not mail registration forms.  Registration must be completed in person.  Mailed forms will not be accepted.

General Registration: Registration is open to all boys and girls from Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsbourgh counties.

There is a $20 per child sibling discount.

What is included in the football registration fee?

Players will be provided with their game uniform (jersey, pants, socks), helmet, shoulder pads and mouth guard. Players may keep their jersey at the end of the season. Each player is responsible for providing their own shoes, practice uniform, girdle pads, thigh pads and knee pads.

What is included in the Cheerleading Registration Fee?

Cheerleaders will be provided with a cheerleading uniform and pep rally uniform (shirt, shorts, sock, water bottle). Players must provide their own shoes.

East Lake Youth Football and Cheerleading Refund Policy

No refunds for football or cheerleading registration will be issued after July 1st 2012 regardless if the child takes the field or not. Full refunds for purchased football and cheerleading equipment returned in new condition will be issued. A 50% refund will be given between Spring registration and July 1, 2012.

Financial Aid

The East Lake Youth Football and Cheerleading Organization does offer a limited amount of finacial aid for registration to football players and cheerleaders who are in financial need in exchange for additional volunteer hours on a first come first served basis. A maximum of 50% of the cost of normal registration fees will be awarded. Applications are reviewed and approved at the monthly meetings of the administrative board of directors. The registrar does not make any decisions regarding financial aid. Applications and decisions made by the board of directors are completely confidential. To apply for financial aid, a form must be filled out at the time of registration. No request will be considered without completion of this signed form. All decisions made by the administrative board of directors are final. See the financial aid form for more details.
