2010 Football and Cheerleading Registration

New Registration procedures this year:

1. Photos of players will be taken at registration at no charge.

2. Some forms will be available on-line (see forms page) to fill out ahead of time to streamline registration.

On-line forms include:

       a. East Lake Internal form

       b. SYFC assumption of risk and parent conduct form  

       c. ELYFC football camp form

       d. ELYFC Financial aid form

       e. ELYFC Sponsorship form

Important: Do not sign these forms. They need to be witnessed and signed by a board member with proper ID. Do not mail registration forms. Complete registration must be done in person. Mailed forms will not be recorded.

3. Flag football players need photos this year.

4. Please read the refund policy statement below carefully.

General Registration:

Registration is open to all boys and Girls from Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsbourgh counties.

Early Registration Fees (March 6th and March 16th): Flag $150, tackle football $225  Cheerleading $225

 Registration Fee for tackle football and cheerleading after March 16th will return to $250. There is a $20 per child sibling discount.

New Players :

1. New players will need a copy of their birth certificate.

2. 2 Current wallet sized ( 1X 2 inch) colored pictures of the child. Photo copies are not acceptable. No "baseball" cards.  Photos can be taken for free with the child present.

3. Payment: Cash, checks, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover.

4. A parent whose name is on the birth certificate or legal guardian must be present to sign all paperwork at registration.

Returning players :

1. No birth certificate is necessary.

What is included in the football registration fee? : Players will be provided with thier game uniform (Jersey, pants, socks), helmet, shoulder pads and mouth guard. Players may keep thier jersey at the end of the season. Each player is responsible for providing thier own shoes, practice uniform, girdle pads and thigh pads.  

What is included in the Cheerleading Registration Fee? Cheerleaders will be provided with a cheerleading uniform and pep rally uniform (shirt, shorts, sock, water bottle). Players must provide thier own shoes.

East Lake Youth Football and Cheerleading Refund Policy

• No refunds for football or cheerleading registration will be issued after July 1st 2010 regardless of if the child takes the field or not.
• Full refunds for football and cheerleading equipment returned in new condition will be issued.
• A 50% refund will be givien between Spring registration and July 1st, 2010.
