Please note that registration is progressing at a brisk pace. In an effort to ensure adequate playing time for each player, several divisions will soon enter into a waitlist period. Each division will accept 45 players, creating 1 Varsity and 1 JV team, with players number 46 through 53 entered onto a waitlist. Once that particular division hits 54 players, a second JV team will be added in that division. This is done to maintain the integrity of our minimum play guidelines. Please note that the order of registration does not have a bearing on which team (Varsity / JV) your player will be assigned. However, players 46 through 53 will not be eligible for any team unless a second JV team is added.

Many divisions, particularly Mighty Mite and Pee Wee are very close to entering into the wait list area so it is important to sign up now. Please keep in mind that we have had a second JV team at Mighty Mite and Pee Wee the last few years but don’t take the chance. Sign up now!

In-Person Registration – May 5th

East Lake Eagles Youth Football & Cheer will be holding an in-person registration event on Saturday, May 5th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If you have multiple participants in your family, this will be your final in-person opportunity to take advantage of the $25 sibling discount. The discount officially ends online on May 31st.

Registration has been brisk with our to-date numbers far exceeding that of last year. Please register early to guarantee your player’s spot on a team.

LAST CHANCE! – Final Discount Registration Event – April 14th

East Lake Eagles Youth Football & Cheer will be holding its FINAL discount registration event on Saturday, April 14th from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the East Lake Youth Sports Complex. A few important things to note:

This is the final opportunity for discounted registration. The early registration discount will not be offered again this season.
Location – East Lake Youth Sports Complex, 3555 Old Keystone Road, Tarpon Springs, FL 34688
Registration Cost – $250 for Tackle Football or Cheerleading / $150 for Flag Football
- Discounts Available – $25 for Early Registration for Tackle or Cheer (Now through April 15th) / $25 Sibling Discount
Credit Card payments either presented in-person or online will be assessed a convenience fee. This fee covers the amount that we are charged for payment processing. In fact, the online convenience fee is slightly lower ($1 – $2) than the in-person fee. East Lake Youth Football does not benefit from this fee.
Payment in FULL is required to qualify for the early registration discount. Signing-up without making payment will not make you eligible for the discount.
- Whether registering in-person or online, the online registration form needs to be completed. Save yourself some time and fill out the forms prior to coming to the event (see checklist below). We will have a limited number of computers for your use at the event.

East Lake Football and Cheer will only hold two (2) in-person registration events during the discount period as follows:

Thursday, March 22, 2012 @ 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Saturday, April 14, 2012 @ 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The East Lake Eagles Youth Football and Cheer is pleased to announce that our DISCOUNT REGISTRATION period is now open for the upcoming 2012 Fall football season. Registration prices will remain the same as last year – $250 for Tackle Football and Cheer. However, there are some important differences this year:

Online Registration is now available – CLICK HERE NOW.

Discount Registration ($225 - save $25) will only be offered from now through April 15, 2012 for fully paid registrations. After that, the discount will not be offered again. All fees must be paid in full in order to realize this savings. Simply siging up without paying will not qualify you for this discount.

Sibling discounts are offered again this year. Eligible family members will save an additional $25 per participant after the first fully paid registration.

Volunteer buyouts are $150 for a single participant or $250 for all same family participants.

What should I bring if I am attending a registration in person?

Registration Checklist
- Fill out the Online Registration Form
  - Simply choose to not pay online at the end of the process if you want to register in person
- Complete, print and bring the 2012 SYFC Application Form
  - Leave the signature and date sections blank
- Complete, print and bring the 2012 Code of Conduct and Assumption of Risk Form
  - Leave the signature and date sections blank
- Bring an ORIGINAL copy of the particpant’s birth certificate
- Bring a valid parent or guardian ID matching one of the parent/guardian names on the birth certificate
- Bring the participant so that a picture can be taken

Please note that even if you are attending an in-person registration event, you will be required to fill out the East Lake Registration online form. This should be done prior to attending. Simply submit the form without payment at the end of the process. You will then be directed to our website to download two additional forms for you to fill out, print and bring with you to the in-person registration. DO NOT sign these forms as your signature needs to be witnessed by an East Lake official.

Credit Card payments, either online or in-person, will incur a convenience fee. Please note that convenience fees are collected by East Lake Football on behalf of the credit card payment processor. East Lake does not benefit from this fee. Fees normally run 2.5% – 3.0% of the total amount being charged.

All returned checks will incur a $30 returned check fee.

2012 Fall Registration Now Open

The East Lake Eagles 2012 Fall Football and Cheer DISCOUNT registration period is now open for online registration. Simply click on the link and follow the directions. All early bird discounts and sibling discounts can be handled online. Once you submit the form you will be prompted for payment. Please note that your registration is not submitted unless you make payment. Payment processing is handled through PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted. All credit information is encrypted through PayPal and East Lake never even sees your credit information. In other words, it’s safe!

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE $25 DISCOUNT – REGISTER NOW

After payment is submitted, you will be directed to the forms section of this website where you can download the two remaining forms that will need to be completed. You will need to bring these forms to one of our credential events. You will need to present your identification and an original birth certificate for the participant. At that time, a picture will be taken of the participant for his/her credentials.

We will be holding a very limited number of in-person registration events this year so take advantage of the ease and convenience of online registration. The discount period ends April 15, 2012.

2012 Summer Camp Online Registration Now Open

The East Lake Eagles Youth Football and Cheerleading Summer Camp is now open for registration. Camp will run from June 11th through the 14th from 6:00 to 8:30 PM nightly. This is a non-contact camp designed to teach football and cheer fundamentals and skills to youth players and participants while stressing fun in an organized environment. The camp will be conducted by East Lake coaches and board members. All participants will receive an exclusive camp T-shirt, Gatorade and a nightly end of practice snack (typically hot dogs or pizza). The cost is $72 per participant with all proceeds benefitting the East Lake Eagles Youth Football and Cheer programs. Space is limited so register online now.

2012 Registration Fees Announced

Please make note of some important changes that have been made to this year’s registration discounts and refund policy.

Discount Registration Period (March 1 – April 15)

East Lake will be offering one early discount registration period. That period is March 1, 2012 through April 15, 2012. During this time period, eligible registrants may qualify for either an early registrant discount (less $25) and/or sibling discounts (less $25).

Tackle – $225
Cheerleading – $225

Normal Registration Period (April 16 – June 15)

Please note that EARLY REGISTRANT DISCOUNTS will NOT be offered during this period. Sibling discounts (less $25) WILL be offered until May 15, 2012. NO DISCOUNTS will be offered after May 15, 2012.

Tackle – $250
Cheerleading – $250

50% refund from June 1, 2012 through July 15, 2012
